The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has nominated Teachers’ Lounge (dir: Ilker Çatak), lensed by DoP Judith Kaufmann in the category non-English-language films. The award ceremony takes place March 10, 2024 in Los Angeles.

Andreas Dresen’s new period drama From Hilde, With Love with a production design by Susanne Hopf and lensed by DoP Judith Kaufmann will premiere in competition of 74th Berlin Film Festival 2024. Liv Lisa Fries played the title role, Pandora Film produced.

DoP Judith Kaufmann continues her collaboration with writer and director Petra Volpe with feature film Heroine, depicting one day in the life of a nurse. Leonie Benesch plays the lead, Zodiac Pictures is producing.
