The tv movie One Night in Bangkok directed by Rainer Kaufmann and starring Désirée Nosbusch, Matthias Brandt und Clara Vogt has been awarded the Bernd Burgemeister Award at the 43rd Munich Film Festival 2026.
Annekatrin Hendel’s documentary feature Hiddensee that was lensed by DoP Martin Farkas will premiere in the section New German Cinema of the 43rd International Film Festival Munich 2026.
DoP Judith Kaufmann has been nominated for the German Film Award 2026 for lensing Ilker Çatak’s political drama Yellow Letters. The award ceremony will take place on May, 29 in Berlin.
