1969 born in Zurich, Switzerland
after graduation she studies film production at SZFE film university in Budapest, Ungaria
Katalin lives and works in Berlin since 1996, initially line producing for “Sexy Sadie” (dir. Matthias Glasner) and “L’Amour” (dir. Philipp Gröning), later as co-writer and co-producer on “Almost Heaven” (dir. Ed Herzog), finally as screenwriter and director.
Katalin Gödrös debuts as director with her feature film “Mutanten”, which premieres 2002 at Berlin Film Festival.
in 2012 she is granted a fellowship at Writer’s Binger Filmlab, Amsterdam
