Reinhild Blaschke lives and works in Berlin.
Following her studies of costume and stage design at the Academy of Fine Arts Berlin Weissensee she initially began her career by working in theater and contemporary opera projects.
Her growing interest in the use of real spaces as a basis for stylised aethetics and compositions has led to her collaboration on film projects with directors such as those of Thomas Arslan, Angela Schanelec and Julian Radlmaier.
